Before & after: the Aundh Revival Project

A 2003-built 2 BHK in Aundh that the Chaudhary family had lived in for 18 years — dark corridors, a closed kitchen, crumbling POP and storage bursting at the seams. They wanted a lighter, open home without shifting out for months.

Before: Closed kitchen with a service-door bottleneck, yellowing oil-paint walls, box-grid false ceiling from the 2000s, and a wall of steel cupboards eating into the master bedroom.
After: The kitchen wall gave way to a quartz breakfast counter opening into the living room. A peninsula false ceiling with warm cove lighting, ivory emulsion throughout, and a full-height sliding wardrobe that returned 14 sqft of floor space to the bedroom.

Scope: civil demolition & masonry, modular kitchen, sliding wardrobes, false ceiling with cove lighting, full-home painting and new switchboards.
