For weddings, 6–10 months ahead is ideal — premium venues and top photographers in peak season (November–February) book out fast. That said, we've pulled off beautiful weddings in eight weeks. Corporate events and birthdays typically need 4–8 weeks. If your date is close, call us anyway — we love a challenge.

Absolutely — it's our favourite thing. We've crafted celebrations in Udaipur, Jaipur, Goa, Alibaug, Kerala and even Thailand. Our Royal package includes complete destination curation: venue scouting trips, guest travel desks, local vendor management and hospitality for out-of-town guests.

Packages are starting points, not walls. After the consultation we build a line-item budget with you and tailor inclusions — trimming what doesn't matter to you and investing where it counts. We're transparent about every rupee, and we'll always tell you honestly what a number can and cannot achieve.

Of course. If you have a family caterer, a photographer friend or a decorator you trust, we'll coordinate with them seamlessly. Our curated vendor circle is a convenience, not a condition — your comfort always comes first.

Typically 30% on signing to block your date and begin vendor bookings, 40% one month before the event, and the balance 30% after your celebration concludes. Corporate clients can request milestone-based invoicing. All payments are against formal invoices with a detailed scope of work.
